What will you do?

• Develop business & innovation strategies for startups, corporates, or universities
• Support the execution of startup acceleration programs and competitions
• Scout for investable startups with high business potential
• Sustain and develop a network of innovation experts, investors, and partners
• Conduct market research and business analysis of different industries
• Facilitate open innovation activities that nurture the local innovation ecosystem
• Develop convincing funding and investment proposals
• Co-design and co-facilitate workshops on corporate innovations, design thinking, etc.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 year of full-time work experience after your graduation – we are looking for someone who is acquainted with the dynamics of having a full-time job
• Master’s degree from a university – our team consists of professionals with different academic backgrounds ranging from economics, social sciences, to life sciences
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Slovak and English – we are an international company, and most project-related work requires advanced use of English
• You are a self-starter – you can work independently, taking the initiative to advance projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
• You are passionate about innovation, technology, and social impact – we are looking for individuals who are interested in topics like sustainability, smart cities or healthcare
• You have strong business analytical skills – we challenge a lot of complex business cases of newly established ventures
• You have a convincing communication style, and public speaking skills – our team members need to formulate their own opinion, backed up with arguments and confidence
• You thrive in a team, but you also are an independent thinker – teamwork is crucial to our success, both on the local and international level

What do we offer?

• Remuneration for this position ranges from 1200 – 1500 EUR depending on prior experience
• Salary re-evaluation every six months based on performance
• Annual bonus opportunity based on the branch’s performance
