Develop business and innovation strategies for startups, corporates or universities
Design and lead innovation programs and startup acceleration programs
Scout for investable startups with high growth potential
Sustain and develop a network of innovation experts, investors and partners
Conduct market research and business analysis of different industries
Facilitate open innovation activities that nurture the local innovation ecosystem
Develop convincing funding and investment proposals for our clients
Design and lead workshops on corporate innovation, design thinking, etc.
Guide the internal team and manage multiple stakeholders
Lead effective discussions and brainstorming sessions
Share ideas and experience with colleagues
A Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Innovation Management or any other relevant field
3+ years of work experience in business development, management consulting, startups, EU fund proposal writing or related fields
Excelled command of English - verbal and written
You are a self-starter – you can work independently, taking the initiative to advance projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
You are passionate about innovation, technology, and social impact – we are looking for individuals who are interested in topics like sustainability, smart cities, healthcare etc.
You have strong business analytical skills – we challenge business models of newly established ventures or lead interesting projects which require good thinkers
You have a convincing communication style and public speaking skills – our team members need to formulate their own opinion, backed up with arguments and confidence
You thrive in a team, but you are also an independent thinker – teamwork is crucial to our success, both on the local and international level
Interest and passion for European collaboration in the area of science, technology and innovation
Ability to manage the unknowns and accept every challenge with a bold and “hands-on” attitude

Salary from 2,000 Eur gross per month, depending on experience
